Bat activity trends obtained with the time-series data from this transect gathered during the ChiroRivers monitoring bat program. Each line represents the average of bat counts detected within the 4 sampling points of the transect. The blue line corresponds to Daubenton's bat (Myotis daubentonii), and the black one corresponds to Pipistrelle bats (Pipistrellus sp.). Background colour corresponds to the environmental health of the riparian forest calculated from the Daubenton's bat activity: Bad (red), Deficient (yellow), Good (green) or Optimal (blue). This indicator only applies for the activity of Daubenton's bats, not for the pipistrelles'!
